This looks really solid to me. Your ear holes appear to be open and there is no mesh in them, correct? It look like you have blacked out the area inside to create depth. Bolts are gray, snout painted, stripes and stickers in place.

The photos in your post at BSN are not showing on my phone - just FYI as this may limit the feedback you receive.

Thanks, gang! Yep, the ears are open and blacked out. I'm going to add a chin cup and hopefully go straight to Pathfinder. Plus the dang thing wobbles on my head no matter how I configure the padding, so that should help.
