Nice choice! Looking forward to seeing your progress. Give a shout if you need anything. I'm going to call an armor party when my TB kit comes in soon.

I gotta ask, what's the best way to start the blaster? I thought to so a dc15L a mix of wood and plastic part the best way to make by hand? Anyone know any good makers?

Pep is decent, if you take the time. I suggest using a hot glue gun, since you can reposition pieces. It's also a good idea to build a few simple models before you try the one that counts, just to get a feel for how the paper works. Slush the inside with a 50/50 mix of bondo and the short-fiber stuff. I found the nastiest bit was grinding the outside once you had the fiberglass in place; it takes bloody forever, unless you have some seriously tough sanders available.

It'll take a lot of time, but the finished product can be really nice and will be 100% yours.

I've done a lot of pep. It works well and is cheap but it's very time consuming. If you're going to make the blaster yourself I would suggest a wood and plastic build sense you're constantly handling it. Will hold up way better in the long run.

Do you happen to have a tutorial for the wood and plastic method? I wanna build and be able to be apart of the build.
