Now, you may be wondering where I'm putting these fans, well I went out on the edge and cut into my bucket and I have had several comments saying " Why hasn't anyone done this before?" Well I don't know if anyone has done this before but it sounded like a good idea. |

I used the rear traps, they put fake vent decals on so I figured why not make them functional, so I did. |

I first took a ruler and pencil and drew vertical lines on the traps. |

I then took my Dremel with a plastic cutting wheel and very very carefully cut the pencil lines I just drew. |

The lines are not perfect, this serves two purposes, the hand painted vents are NOT perfect and the movie accurate traps are NOT perfect either. |

The fans fit right in behind those vents and pull air out of the bucket just like they were meant to do. |

The next step in my up grade is the wireless mic. That was a challenge!! More to come in our next exciting adventure!! |

Wow I didn't realize how long it's been, The wireless system is working well but because of the close proximity of the mic to the speaker there was a considerable amount of feedback at a volume you could hear me, so I needed to rework my system to try and reduce the noise. On a updated note I got my trooper voice board it is very cool with all it's features but it's challenging to learn how it all works. |
